I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington. I also hold a Master in Teaching degree and have extensive experience working with adolescents and educators in both academic and therapeutic settings. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington (LH61438023).

Therapeutic Approach:

I have a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, incorporating elements from a variety of therapeutic modalities and tailoring counseling according to each client’s needs. When appropriate, we may incorporate the expressive arts (including art/visual journaling) into our work together. Within a caring and safe relationship, we can work together towards self-exploration, insight and change.

I have had the privilege of working with clients diverse in age, culture, ethnicity, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status. I value and respect individuals’ diversity and uniqueness and welcome you just as you are.
